Bete
This room is well-suited for hosting seminars, conferences, presentations, and press conferences for groups of up to 50 people. The glass door and windows, along with natural daylight, create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. A designated area for coffee breaks is available right outside the hall.
Upon request, six different table and chair layout options are available to suit your event needs.

Alberts
This room is ideal for organizing business meetings. A round table for 16 people is perfect for holding negotiations or small seminars for groups of up to 16 participants. Natural daylight adds a cozy and welcoming atmosphere to the room. There is a designated area for coffee breaks just outside the hall.
Our staff will ensure that you are provided with customized coffee breaks, lunches, and dinners tailored to your request.
Eliza
This room is convenient for organizing seminars, conferences, presentations and press conferences for groups of up to 60 people. The glass door and windows, as well as daylight, give the room more comfort and lightness. There is an area for coffee breaks at the entrance to the hall. Optionally, six types of arrangement of tables and chairs are offered.
During the warm season, you can organize lunch, dinner or a coffee break on the restaurant terrace, which is located next to the conference room.

Antonija
The largest conference room in the hotel. This room is convenient for organizing seminars, conferences, presentations and press conferences, as well as large-scale tastings and banquets for groups of up to 100 people. There is an area for coffee breaks at the entrance to the hall. There are six table and chair arrangements available upon request. Our staff will take care to provide you with a variety of individually designed coffee breaks, lunches and dinners upon your request.
BU21
Mercure Riga Center offers a new and innovative meeting room BU21, located just a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
The conference room with an area of 197 square meters is ideal for holding various events – conferences, trainings, presentations and other events for up to 200 people.
BU21 is equipped with everything you need for a successful event – projector, screen, flipchart, stationery and paper, interpreter booth and wireless headphones, two radio microphones, sound control, wireless camera with audio for hybrid events, laptop computer, laser pointer for presentations, air conditioning and drinking water.
The Traveller
“The Traveller” restaurant is a place where new gastronomic traditions and modernity are combined in the most unique way. Our menu is carefully crafted by our Chef and is constantly being improved and updated with new ideas in order to follow the latest influences.
Our staff can organize a buffet breakfast for up to 85 people in our restaurant, organize a business lunch or dinner, a small business meeting, a banquet for companies up to 100 people or a dinner for groups up to 85 people.
